Sit back because I'm about to tell you a short story of how CXO, meaning I, came to fruition.

CXO was born in 2018 when two financial gurus and good friends, Kairit Tammoja and Silja Mikli, came together with a mission to help start-up founders focus on their priorities.

Kairit's wide range of experience comprises working with financial groups and international tax systems for 11+ years. From 2011 to 2018, she ran Astrec Numeri OÜ, where she offered her financial expertise to companies of various sizes, including start-ups and international corporations. In addition, she has co-led the exit process of global start-up companies and corporates.

Silja, on the other hand, has worked as a chief financial officer (CFO) at Mobi Solutions for over 15 years. Besides that, she has financially consulted numerous growth-stage start-ups and is an expert in organising investment funds finances. What describes her best is her ability to foresee mistakes before they occur.

Having worked together for many years, Silja and Kairit ultimately decided to combine Astrec Numeri and Mobi Solutions finance team and form CXO.

Today, CXO aims to be your chief whatever officer. So while we and our partners will be taking care of your back office, including finance, legal and human resources units, you will be able to dedicate your time to the things you want.

CXO is client-focused — We are not your typical service providers. In fact, we’re quite different. Offering you a basic accounting service is not in our interest. Instead, we want to get to know you and your company thoroughly. We want to be there with you along your journey. That is the only way we can understand your pain points and prevent problems.
